Fitness Classes Available!

Fitness Level 1 Group Course

In this 5-week course, you’ll learn how to:
-Help keep your dog limber with Passive Range of Motion exercises and static stretches.
– Give them a balance boost by getting their Paws up on a Pedestal and on a Balance Disc/Fit Bones
– Get them going strong with some Stamina training
– Teach them some ‘Paw Eye Coordination’ with walking over Scattered Sticks, a Rainbow Ladder, and a Line of Platforms. Plus, doing some Target Nose-Touches.
– Let them build some muscle by doing a Tunnel Crawl, Bar Jump, Hoop Jump, and Wall Stand!

We will work on all of the above together in class, and each pup will go home with a small bit of homework to work on before the next class.

Fitness Level 1 Solo Class

In this 1 Hour class, you’ll work on keeping up the basics of :
-Helping keep your dog limber with Passive Range of Motion exercises and static stretches.
– Giving them a balance boost by getting their Paws up on a Pedestal.
– Getting them going strong with some Stamina training
– Teaching them some ‘Paw Eye Coordination’ with walking over Scattered Sticks and a Rainbow Ladder.
– Letting them build some muscle by doing a Tunnel Crawl & Bar Jump!
